Hi, I’m Boris – a Product Design Lead with 10+ years of experience, currently at Meta.

I’ve spent the last five years across two distinct teams at Meta: Trust & Safety on Messenger, where I designed systems now used by millions to report harm and protect themselves online; and Reality Labs, where I led avatar creation experiences reaching hundreds of millions of users.

Before Meta, I was the Product Design Lead at JustPark, where I overhauled the product end-to-end and more than doubled conversions and daily sessions; and founding designer at Ampersand Health – building the first NHS-partnered digital health app for inflammatory bowel disease. Along the way I picked up an MSc in Technology Entrepreneurship from UCL.

Outside of work, I’m drawn to the sea, the arts, and the esoteric. I grew up travelling the world on ships with my family, and I’ve spent most of the time since immersed in music and cinema.
